Rev John Campbell BSc; PhD; BD

John Campbell

John comes from Scotland and has served URC churches in Hackney, Aston (Birmingham) and Tottenham as well as 7 years on the teaching staff of the URC college at Luther King House in Manchester. 

He writes hymns and enjoys walking and reading and just being in London. 

John lives in Leyton and serves on the URC"s Legacies of Slavery Task Group

He is also part of the lay training team for Thames North URC Synod. 

Rev Lance Stone BD; MTh; PhD

Lance Stone

Lance also comes from Scotland and has served URC churches in Hackney and Cambridge as well as teaching for 9 years at Westminster College, the URC training college in Cambridge. 

He has also served as a Church of Scotland minister in Amsterdam. He is married to Sally and they live in Brixton close to 3 of their children and 2 grandchildren.

They also have a daughter in Melbourne, Australia.

 He enjoys walking, reading, listening to many varieties of music, watching films and greatly enjoys the cultural life in London

Rachel St Clair

Rachel has been a member of the URC for over 20 years.  She joined Crossway in 2015 to further assist the work of the Church.  Rachel is an Assembly Accredited Lay Preacher and has been called to over 15 URC churches around South London to spread the Gospel and share encouragement for Jesus.
Rachel is currently the Church Secretary, an Elder and a Safeguarding Officer at Crossway and is soon to pursue her Call into Ministry. 

Amah Deinde

Mrs Amah Tamuno- Ibifiri Deinde joined Crossway United Reformed Church on June 16 2015.
Since joining she felt called to become an Elder. Sister Amah then adhered to her calling and trained as a locally recognised Lay Preacher.
She holds the office of DBS verifier and Safe Guarding Officer in Church.
For several years and since retiring Sister Amah has a strong passion for sharing the Gospel and enjoys her continued voluntary work with Link Age Southwark– community supporting older people.
The Prison Outreach Network and other Homeless Charities including Crisis etc.
