Youth Work
The Church currently has a student Youth Worker who oversees all our projects for 11-18 year olds. Jane has been with us for two years so far and we are fortunate to have her for another year. Currently our two main community youth projects are:
Youth Club
The YOU'TH programme is an after school social group that takes place on Friday evenings, 6-8pm. YOU'TH provides young people with the opportunity to enjoy games, table tennis and music in a relaxed environment. For more information, please email Youth.
The Matrix
The Matrix is a regular event for under 18's that takes place once a month. It aims to create a positive environment for young people by giving them the opportunity to enjoy a selection of hip hop and Rn'B tunes played by the DJ, and also hear live music performed by up and coming artists. Plus each month we have a prize draw for some crazy prizes! For more info please email The Matrix.
The Matrix has been up and running for almost a year now and we'll be taking a break over the Summer months. So it's time to review how things are going and what the next step is.
